【摘要】目的：分析栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体检验结果，以此为基础进行D-二聚体的栓塞类疾病诊疗价值的探讨。方法：对167例栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体检验结果进行回顾性分析，分析检验结果与患病的相关性。结果：167例栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体含量平均值高于145例正常受检人的血浆D-二聚体含量，且与正常组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：血浆D-二聚体检验在栓塞类疾病的诊断中具有重要的意义，可以帮助医师快速确诊、及时跟进治疗情况，具有重要的辅助诊断价值。
