善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻50例临床观察及护理

【摘要】目的：探究善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床护理疗效。方法：选取黏连性肠梗阻的患者100名，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各50人，对照组采用药物治疗，实行一般护理措施，实验组给与药物治疗，并且进行专业护理。观察并比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：实验组治疗后的SDS评分， SAS评分及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：对于黏连性肠梗阻来说，对患者进行专业的护理后，患者的病情明显得到了很好的改善，患者的恢复时间明显缩短。
