降低“单独二孩”高龄群体生育隐患的初探(1)
【摘要】文章总结了高龄妇女生育存在母婴健康风险大、人工辅助生殖技术异化、家庭经济负担沉重、家庭教育困难等隐患，认为可从端正群众的生育观念、建立人工辅助生殖技术正确认识观、建立新型家庭福利制度、发挥中医药特色生育保健服务职能等方面构建高龄妇女优质生育保障服务体系，呼吁社会关注高龄生育群体，降低二次生育隐患，维护“单独二孩”政策受益群体的权益。
