【摘 要】 慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种常见的消化系统疑难病。近年来，其发病率呈上升趋势，且逐渐低龄化。西医认为本病不可或难以逆转，主要采取对症治疗，但效果不甚理想。中医运用胃质理论，在辨病、辨证、辨质相结合的基础上，发挥特定的中药方剂的独特药理作用治疗此病，多获良效。
