【摘要】目的：观察桡骨远端不稳定性骨折应用骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗的临床效果。方法：选取桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者92例为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为观察组46例，对照组46例。对照组给予闭合复位石膏外固定治疗，观察组实施切开复位骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果、安全性及患者满意度。结果：观察组骨折愈合时间同对照组比较，明显较短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗优良率及患者满意率分别为93.48%、97.83%，同对照组的82.61%、84.78%比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为4.35%，同对照组的15.22%比较，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：桡骨远端不稳定性骨折实施骨水泥髓腔内填充内固定治疗，可有效缩短骨折愈合时间，促进关节功能恢复，减少并发症发生，提高患者满意度。
