Th17细胞及Treg细胞在喉癌外周血中的表达(1)
【摘要】目的：检测喉鳞状细胞癌患者外周血Treg细胞和Thl7细胞比例，研究其变化与意义。方法：采用流式细胞技术检测10例健康对照者和42例喉鳞状细胞癌患者外周血Treg和Thl7细胞比例，并观察Th17/Treg在喉癌分期中的变化。结果：与健康对照组比较，喉癌患者外周血Treg细胞和Th17细胞比例明显升高(P<0.05)；发生淋巴结转移者较无淋巴结转移者的Treg和Th17细胞比例增高(P<0.05)；通过分析不同喉癌分期中Th17/Treg细胞的分布，结果发现Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组Th17细胞的比例和Ⅰ+Ⅱ期无明显差异，而Treg细胞在Ⅲ+Ⅳ期比Ⅰ+Ⅱ期明显增高(P<0.05)。结论：喉癌外周血中Th17和Treg细胞数量增多，二者比例增高，并随着疾病的进展而增加，表明二者均参与了喉癌的发生发展过程。
