黄连紫草膏对肛裂术后创面愈合的影响(1)
【摘 要】 目的：观察黄连紫草膏对肛裂术后创面的影响。方法：选取肛周湿疹患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用九华膏外用治疗，治疗组采用黄连紫草膏外用治疗，观察2周后的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的疼痛程度VAS评分、创面出血程度均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：黄连紫草膏对于肛裂术后创面具有良好的疗效，值得推广应用。
