百部药理作用与临床应用研究进展(1)
【摘要】中药百部是传统的止咳和杀虫药物，主要含有百部生物碱，具有镇咳、祛痰、杀虫、抗菌等药理作用。临床上内服主要用于治疗咳嗽和脑膜炎；外用主要用于治疗头虱、阴虱、螨虫病、疥疮、痤疮、酒槽鼻和真菌感染等。文章对百部的药理作用和临床应用进行整理和综述。
