【摘 要】 《重楼玉钥》作为一本重要的清代喉科专著，提出了“自内攻出为上策，取痰攻上为中策，沉为下策”的用药原则，对后世喉科临床具有重要指导作用。文章肯定“上策”为“拦定风热”，提出“中策”为取痰法，而“下策”为不首先推荐的治疗方式。历代医家的临床实践证明该用药原则的合理性，深入探讨与剖析此原则并将其运用于喉科临床实践中，必对中医喉科临床治疗产生积极影响。
