【摘 要】 目的：观察背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服从肝肾论治妇女围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法：将60例确诊为围绝经期失眠的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组予以口服谷维素片治疗，治疗组予以背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服治疗，观察治疗前后症状改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率86.7%，对照组总有效率63.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服从肝肾论治能有效减轻围绝经期失眠症状，疗效确切。
