【摘 要】 刘延庆教授在长期的临床工作中，对消化道恶性肿瘤的治疗积累了丰富经验。刘师认为肿瘤的发生发展与正气虚损和邪毒内侵关系较密切，并提出 “癌毒”的观点，提倡用扶正抑癌的原则来治疗消化道肿瘤。附验案 1 则以佐证。
