【摘 要】 整理分析庞国明教授中药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)湿热内蕴证验案一则，从中归纳总结庞师对湿热型糖尿病发病机理的中医认识及治疗经验。他认为湿热内蕴是T2DM发病的始动因素;土壅木郁是T2DM的重要发病环节。治疗上以清热化湿立法，同时注重调理气机，兼顾疏肝解郁，“达木疏土”，调控血糖，改善症状，辨证选用连朴饮合四妙散化裁而来的清热化湿调糖饮治疗。
