【摘 要】胃痞为临床常见病，病因多由脾胃内伤所致。王道坤教授认为脾胃气虚是胃痞发生的重要病机之一，临床运用益气健脾之补中益气汤治疗该型胃痞病往往取得良好效果，可为临床提供一定的参考。文章从脾胃虚弱探讨王道坤教授运用补中益气汤治疗胃痞的经验。

    Abstract：Deficient abdominal lump are common clinical diseases， and the causes are mostly caused by internal injuries of the spleen and stomach. Professor Wang Daokun believes that spleen and stomach qi deficiency is one of the important pathogenesis of g gastric fullness. The clinical application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for the treatment of this type of deficient abdominal lump often achieves good results and can provide a scientific basis for clinical practice. This article explores the experience of Professor Wang Daokun in the treatment of deficient abdominal lump with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction from the spleen and stomach weakness.
