【摘 要】 支气管哮喘是一种难治性疾病，西药治疗本病存在副作用大、易复发等问题，文章通过分析秦国政教授运用经方小青龙汤治疗本病验案一则，揭示了经方在治疗本病中的价值。秦教授认为“夜咳肺金寒”，小青龙汤治以解表散寒，温肺化饮，合用补肺汤补脾益肾，治病求本，加入“调免方”以促正气抗外邪，疗效明显。
