【摘 要】 以杀胚中药天花粉、紫草、全蝎、蜈蚣等为基础组方，通过望闻问切四诊合参，辨证论治后随症加减，治疗早期妊娠1例，疗效确切。验证了中药杀胚功效，为中药应用于终止早期妊娠提供了临床依据。
