【摘 要】 介绍广东省江门市名中医翁凤泉治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验。翁老通过“从虚从瘀立论、因地制宜、内外兼施”治疗思想来指导LDH临床治疗，取得较好疗效。并附验案1则，以资佐证。

    Abstract：To introduce the experience of treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH)by Weng Fengquan，a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangmen City，Guangdong Province. He guided the clinical treatment of LDH through the treatment idea of "making an argument from deficiency and blood stasis，adapting to local conditions，applying both inside and outside"，and achieved good results.Attached to the verification case 1，to support the evidence.
