【摘 要】 文章对缺血性中风复合病机特征进行理论探讨，正虚为本，多种病理因素相互杂合为其病变特点，本虚标实。这一病机决定了治疗上单用一方、一法难取得良效，需用复方治疗。复方治疗抓住不同的点面发挥作用，以中风通络丸为例进行阐述，抓住主要矛盾的同时，兼顾次要矛盾，补虚与祛邪并用，达到顾此兼彼，方可奏效。
