藜芦的质量控制研究

【摘 要】 目的:研究并完善藜芦的质量控制。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别藜芦;采用HPLC法同时测定藜芦中虎杖苷和白藜芦醇的含量,采用Thermo C18色谱柱(4.6mm× 250mm 5μm),以乙腈为流动相A,以水为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱流速1.0mL/min;检测波长306nm,柱温30℃。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰分离度较好;虎杖苷和白藜芦醇分别在0.2004~2.004μg、0.4056~4.0563μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为99.6%和100.1%,RSD分别为1.1%、1.0%。结论:该方法操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度高,重现性好,专属性强,可用于藜芦的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To study and improve the quality of Veratrum.Methods TLC was used to identify Veratrum;The Polydatin and Resveratrol was eluted on Thermo C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)- water(B) for gradient elution at the column temperature of 30℃. The flow rate of 1.0mL/ min and the detection wavelength was 306nm.Results The TLC spots were clear and showed a good separation;Polydatin and Resveratrol showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 0.2004~2.004μg and 0.4056~4.0563μg respectively.The sample recovery rates were 99.6% and 100.1% ......
