    【摘 要】 情志致病理论在祖国医学中源远流长，明代医家张景岳在《景岳全书·妇人规》中，以社会环境和女性感性特质为视角，总结情志因素对妇科疾病独特的影响，提出女性疾病较男性深固且难治的特点，并据此提出施治方法。文章通过对《景岳全书·妇人规》的研究，从情志方面浅析妇科疾病的产生、论治和预防，以期为临床上妇科疾病治疗提供新思路。

    Abstract：The theory of emotional disease has a long history in Chinese medicine. Zhang Jingyue， a doctor of Ming Dynasty， summarized the unique influence of emotional factors on gynecological diseases from the perspective of social environment and womens sensibility in JingyueComplete Work·the Woman Rules，put forward the characteristics of female diseases which are deeper and more difficult to treat than male diseases ， and put forward the treatment methods accordingly. Through the research of JingyueComplete Work·the Woman Rules，the author analyzes the emergence， treatment and prevention of gynecological diseases from the perspective of emotion， hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of clinical gynecological diseases. ......
