    【摘 要】 张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中首创“瘀血”之名，其中有诸多关于血脉不利及其治法的论述。糖尿病微血管病变主要累及肾脏、视网膜、下肢末端等处的微血管，发为糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足溃疡、糖尿病周围神经病变等。《伤寒杂病论》中所述血脉不利的诸多表现与现代医学糖尿病微血管病变的表现相符。笔者通过对《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》中关于血脉不利论述的仔细研读、思考，并参阅相关文献，同时对血脉不利与糖尿病微血管病变的病机、证候等方面进行比较分析，总结应用仲景血脉不利理论诊治糖尿病微血管病变的规律。

    Abstract：The terminology of blood stasis was first listed in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing， in which there are many discourses on the impassability of blood vessels and the method of removing blood stasis.Diabetic microangiopathy mainly involves microvessels in the kidney，the retina and the lower limb，leading to diabetic nephropathy，diabetic retinopathy and diabetic foot. Many of the symptoms caused by impassability of blood vessels listed in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases are consistent with those caused by diabetic microangiopathy.
