    【摘 要】 总结朱广旗教授基于苗医“通气散血法”治疗中风病的临床治疗经验。中风病是一种具有高发病率、高致死、致残率的难治性疾病。朱广旗教授认为该病病因病机多为气壅血瘀导致，治疗以通气散血为法，创制了经验方“苗药通窍化栓汤”治疗该病，临床获得满意效果。

    Abstract：To summarize Professor Zhu Guangqis clinical experience in treating apoplexy based on Miao medicines “ventilating and dispersing blood method”. Stroke is a refractory disease with high incidence rate， high mortality and disability. Professor Zhu Guangqi thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are mostly caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis. The treatment is based on the method of ventilating and dispersing blood， and the empirical formula "Miao Yao Tongqiao Huashuan Decoction" is created to treat the disease， and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
