    【摘 要】 经脉脏腑相关是中医经络学说的核心理论之一，关于其机制的研究是经久不衰的热点。原穴作为特定穴之一，为经脉中脏腑原气循行所经过和留止的部位，故其与经脉、脏腑的关系都十分密切。文章通过对相关古代文献和现代研究的整理，分别总结了原穴与相应脏腑对应关系的形成过程、原穴与脏腑原气的关系以及原穴与脏腑关系的相关研究，进而分析从原穴角度探讨经脉脏腑相关的可行性。最后提出注重文献研究、结合现代技术和关注穴位组合的研究思路，以期为今后经脉脏腑相关方面的研究提供另一个角度。
