    【摘 要】 王丽芬副教授认为闭合性痤疮的发生多由于患者肝气不疏，疏泄失常，邪郁肌表而发，结合该病发生的组织病理特点，治疗上主要采用疏肝行气、凉血解毒的原则，临床上用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗闭合性痤疮，卓有成效。
