    【摘 要】 功能性便秘在临床诊疗上存在病因病机复杂及情志心理影响等问题，中医药治疗具有显著优势。文章总结钟传华教授治疗功能性便秘的临证经验。钟传华教授认为便秘的病因病机包括气血阴阳虚及气滞，提出“补运结合”的治则，临床上多予九曲顺肠汤治疗，疗效显著。
