    【摘 要】 溃疡性结肠炎是一种目前无法根治的肠道炎症性疾病，目前病因病机尚不明确，缺乏精确的治疗方案，严重影响了患者的生存质量。张苏闽教授通过长期的临床实践和研究，总结出了“祛脓煨脓”理论，提出“肉腐之脓”和“气血生化之脓”的区别，强调维持脓的动态平衡，主张内外同治、分期施治，形成了自己治疗溃疡性结肠炎的独特诊疗思路。
