从“通利三焦”论三仁汤在湿热型消渴中的应用
李慧敏 闫镛 张静【摘 要】 “三焦”首见于《灵枢·本输》,三焦通畅是保障机体正常运转的基礎。三仁汤是治疗湿热型消渴的常用方,是“通利三焦”治法的体现。文章以“通利三焦”治法为理论基础,论述了三仁汤治疗湿热型消渴的三焦分消走泄机制,并举病案以佐之。

Abstract:“Sanjiao” was first seen in “Ling Shu Ben Su”,the unblocked triple energizer is the basis of ensuring the normal operation of the body.Sanren decoction is commonly used to treat damp-heat type of xiaoke,it is the embodiment of “Tongli Sanjiao”therapy.The article is based on the theory of “Tongli Sanjiao”,then discusses the mechanism of Sanren decoction in the treatment of damp-heat type of Xiaoke,and builds up medical record to supports it.
