    【摘 要】 文章总结导师党毓起主任医师治疗2型糖尿病的临证经验。文章从病因、病机、治法、选方等角度阐述2型糖尿病的临床治疗。导师认为其病因主要有脾肾先天不足和后天亏损两大方面，也是“阴火”的两大来源，根据病因辨证从“阴火”论治，其疗效显著。

    Dang Yuqi Treats Type 2 Diabetes from “yin fire”

    Abstract：This article summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor， Dang Yuqi， the chief physician in treating type 2 diabetes. This article describes the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes from the perspectives of etiology， pathogenesis， treatment， and prescription. The tutor believes that the main causes of the disease are congenital deficiency of the spleen and kidney and acquired loss， which are also the two major sources of “yin fire”. According to the diagnosis and treatment of “yin fire”， the effect is remarkable.
