    【摘要】黑膏药是我国的传统药物剂型，具有很好的活血祛瘀、消肿止痛、接骨续筋等功效，临床疗效显著，受欢迎度极高，但是在临床使用过程中普遍存在过敏反应，轻者皮肤出现瘙痒、红斑，重者出现溃疡、发泡，其过敏反应大大限制了其临床使用。为让黑膏药更好地服务于临床治疗，本研究对降低黑膏药的过敏反应的关键技术进行探析，以期最大限度减少不良反应的发生。
