    【摘 要】 月经后期病为妇科常见月经病之一，但治疗较为困难，易发为闭经、不孕等，严重危害女性健康。文章拟从“肝肾同为女子先天”角度阐述月经后期病的病因病机，并结合石丽琼导师门诊验案，以国医大师张震教授“疏调气机论”为核心，探讨“补肾、疏肝”法在月经后期病的临床应用，以就正于同道。
