    【摘 要】

    三拗汤在小儿呼吸系统疾病中应用甚广，许多中医古籍提到该方在治疗咳喘病中发挥显著疗效，现代研究也发现三拗汤在治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中被广泛运用。现通过查阅相关文献，从三拗汤的方论研究、现代药理作用及近年来在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的运用进行整理分析，以期为此方药在儿科的临床运用中提供参考。

    The Research Overview of Sanaotang in Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma

    Abstract：

    Santana is widely used in pediatric respiratory diseases. Many ancient books of Chinese medicine mention that the Sanaotang has a significant effect in the treatment of cough and asthma. Modern studies have also found that Sanaotang is widely used in pediatric cough variant asthma(CVA).By consulting related literature，we will sort out and analyze the prescriptions of Sanaotang，modern pharmacological effects，and its application in pediatric CVA in recent years. We expect that the research can provide some beneficial reference in the pediatric clinical application of Sanaotang. ......
