    【摘 要】

    文章介绍李淑萍教授运用保阴煎联合西药治疗产科抗磷脂综合征阴虚血热型患者的临证经验。李淑萍教授治疗上以清热养血，固冲安胎为基本治法，治以保阴煎联合西药提高患者早期妊娠成功率，降低妊娠丢失率。其疗效显著，可为临床免疫性复发性流产提供中西医治疗思路。

    This paper introduces Professor Li Shuping's clinical experience in treating patients with yin deficiency blood heat of obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome by Bao Yin decoction combined with western medicine. Professor Li Shuping takes clearing heat and nourishing blood，solid washing and calming the fetus as the basic treatment method，and combines Bao Yin decoction with western medicine to improve the success rate of early pregnancy andreduce pregnancy loss rates.Its curative effect is significant ......
