    【摘 要】

    现代医学治疗代谢综合征主要是控制血压、血脂、血糖及尿酸等对症治疗，在疾病早期尚缺乏干预方法，而中医药个体化治疗在早期能减缓甚至逆转疾病进展，并且中医药治疗代谢综合征的疗效满意，赢得广泛认可。文章总结了杨家耀副主任医师应用“一气周流”理论辨治代谢综合征的临床经验，其认为本病核心病机为土壅，治疗應以恢复气机升降为要。
