    【摘 要】 目的：研究白族药用植物倒钩刺干燥全株的化学成分。方法：采用反复硅胶柱色谱以及MCI、D101型大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱手段对倒钩刺干燥全株95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化，根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果：从倒钩刺95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物，分别鉴定为2α-羟基熊果酸(1)、乌苏酸(2)、2α，19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid(3)、maslinic acid(4)、alphitolic acid(5)、7α-羟基谷甾醇(6)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7)、没食子酸正丁酯(8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)、龙胆酸(10)、2-呋喃甲酸(11)。结论：化合物1～11均为首次从该植物中分离得到，其中化合物5～8、10、11为首次从悬钩子属中分离得到。
