    【摘 要】 文章探析周常昆教授治疗月经病的临证经验。周常昆教授认为月经病与五脏相关，尤以肝脾肾为主。治疗以补肾填精、益气养血为基本治法。通过调理肝脾，根据月经周期的阴阳消长规律，分期论治、灵活用药来综合辨治月经病，总结了其对该病的预防调摄方法。归纳了4首周常昆教授治疗月经病的常用方剂。并附医案一则，以供同道探讨。

    Professor Zhou Changkun's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Menstrual Diseases

    Abstract：This paper analyzes professor Zhou Changkun's clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases. He thinks that menstrual diseases are related to five organs， especially liver， spleen and kidney. The treatment is based on tonifying kidney and essence， supplementing qi and nourishing blood， regulating liver and spleen， treating menstrual diseases by stages and using drugs flexibly according to the regularity of the ebb and flow of Yin and Yang in menstrual cycle， and summarizing the prevention and regulation methods of this disease. The article summarized four common prescriptions for the treatment of menstrual diseases in the first week. A medical case is attached for discussion. ......
