    【摘 要】随着恶性肿瘤的发病率及死亡率不断攀升，恶性肿瘤目前已成为全球常见病之一，更成为造成死亡的第一大疾病。化疗是目前治疗恶性肿瘤的有效手段之一，但其对周围神经有一定的危害，主要表现为人体四肢的麻痹、感知减退、灼痛等。化疗后周围神经病变，已经严重影响了患者的生活质量，是一个不可忽视的临床难题。姜毅教授在长期的临床实践中观察到化疗后周围神经毒性以阳虚血瘀型为常见，基于“从络论治”理论，临床治疗多以“温阳通络”为法，文章总结姜毅教授治疗化疗后周围毒性的临证经验，希望其能为今后临床治疗该类患者提供思路参考。
