    【摘 要】 何梦瑶为清代岭南名医，其撰写的《伤寒论近言》，对《伤寒论》全本进行注解并对原有的编排次序进行调整，在论述中博采众长，注重六经阐述；并对温病、瘟疫与伤寒的区别进行探讨。作为岭南医籍里目前可见的最早全面注解《伤寒论》的代表作，对《伤寒论近言》的研究，值得进一步展开。

    A Brief Analysis of He Mengyao and Treatise on February-Cold

    Abstract：He Mengyao was a famous doctor in Lingnan in Qing Dynasty.In his book Recent Comments on Februarytis，he annotated the whole text of Treatise on Febrile Disease and adjusted the original arrangement order，drawing on various points and focusing on the elaboration of the six classics.The differences among fever，plague and typhoid fever were also discussed.As the representative work of the earliest comprehensive annotation of Treatise on Febrile Disease in Lingnan medical books，the study of Treatise on Febrile Disease is worthy of further development.
