    【摘 要】 文章介绍了李斯文教授基于“络病理论”从肠络角度出发，论治放射性肠炎的临证经验。李斯文教授认为气血失调、肠络瘀滞是本病的病机关键，病位主要在肠腑，与脾胃密切相关，久可及肾；治疗上，以行气调血、化瘀通络之法贯穿全程的同时，还应根据肠道损伤的不同程度分期而治：急性期治疗以清热利湿，止血通络为主，慢性期治疗当健脾补肾，活血通络，临床疗效显著。附经典医案1则，以资验证。
