【摘 要】 文章介绍李定祥教授基于“祛瘀行舟”的思想治疗功能性便秘的经验。李定祥教授认为瘀血是导致功能性便秘的重要因素，瘀与气、血、津液运行相关，论治本病采用“祛瘀行舟”的方法，用药以活血祛瘀为主，兼顾益气健脾，养阴增液；在临床上取得了良好的疗效，并附验案一则以资佐证。

    Abstract：This paper introduces Professor Li Dingxiang’s experience in the treatment of functional constipation based on the idea of “removing blood stasis and traveling boat”. Professor Li Dingxiang believes that blood stasis is an important factor leading to functional constipation，and blood stasis is related to the movement of qi，blood and body fluid. The method of “removing blood stasis and traveling boat” is adopted to treat this disease. The main method of medication is to promote blood stasis and remove blood stasis ......
