【摘 要】 带状疱疹后遗神经痛是皮肤科常见的疾病，指带状疱疹皮疹愈后3个月以上，遗留持续性、阵发性针刺样或烧灼样的疼痛。贾敏教授认为本病属标实本虚、虚实夹杂之证，多因湿热蕴结肌肤、气血亏虚、瘀血阻络、毒邪流窜经脉所致，采用龙胆泻肝汤加减化裁结合透刺夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，收到了显著的疗效。文章主要介绍贾敏教授从肝论治带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床经验，以期为中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛提供新的诊疗思路。
