【摘要】

    有效的健康管理能极大地降低医疗负担和患病的风险，未来我国医疗的重心也将从疾病治疗转向疾病预防。中医对于健康管理有着独特的见解，尤其在治未病方面，结合辨病思维从整体层面把握，从疾病的发生发展规律，辨别疾病的不同状态阶段，为中医健康管理提供指导，从源头减轻医疗压力，提高国民健康素养。

    Effective health management can greatly reduce the medical burden and the risk of illness. In the future， the focus of medical care in China will also shift from disease treatment to disease prevention. Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique view on health management， especially in the aspect of preventive treatment of disease， combined with the thinking of disease differentiation from the overall level， from the occurrence and development of the disease， to identify the different stages of the disease to provide guidance for the health management of traditional Chinese medicine ......
