【摘要】目的：目的：探讨如何准确、合理运用多层螺旋CT扫描技术及重建技术对急性胰腺炎的诊断。方法：扫描前30 min 口服2 %泛影葡胺溶液300 mL ,扫描前再服同样浓度泛影葡胺溶液300 mL 。采用飞利浦brilliance 6层螺旋CT机,对患者检查部位行全容积扫描,扫描技术参数:患者体位(头先进) ;准直器宽度(6×0. 6 mm);旋转时间(0.75s/ r ) ;使用螺旋扫描;电压用120 KV ;有效mAs (80～250mAs) ;重建间隔(1 mm) ;螺距(1.2) ;重建层厚(1 mm) 。先行常规扫描,然后行增强扫描,再用三维重建(3D)MPR 进行后处理。结果：急性胰腺炎时表现胰腺弥漫性增大,密度低,轮廓不清,边缘模糊,周围渗出积液等改变。结论：多层螺旋CT对急性胰腺炎及并发症显示细微、准确,有较特征性表现,对其诊断价值较大。

    Clinical application of the multislice spiral CT on acute pancreatitis

    【Abstract】Objective :Approach how to diagnose acute pancreatitis by scanning and reconstruction technique of multislice spiral CT exactly and reasonably.Method：Take 2% Cardiografin Liq.for 300ml 30min before scanning,and the same dose just minites before scaning.Take a volume scanning to the patients'check point by the PILLIPS brilliance 6 layers spiral CT.Scan technical parameters:body position(head first); collimating apparatus width(6 0.6mm);spintime(0.75s/r),helical scanning; voltage(120KV);effective mAs(80~250mAs)；reconstruction interval(1mm);pitch(1.2); reconstruction increment(1mm).Take a convention scanning first,then a contrast enhancement,and last take the patient a three-dimensional reconstruction.ResultsThe pancreas was widespread enlarged with low density, unclear contour ......
