【摘要】目的：研究复方丹参注射液合纳洛酮治疗急诊乙醇中毒的临床效果。方法：对239例我院接受的急诊乙醇中毒患者随机分为两组，分别进行纳洛酮治疗和复方丹参注射液联合纳洛酮治疗。观察对比这两组患者的治疗情况并进行相关分析。结果:联合用药组的治疗有效率明显要高于单独使用纳洛酮治疗组的治疗有效率，其副作用表现也较少，两组在有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：复方丹参注射液联合纳洛酮治疗急诊乙醇中毒临床效果较好。
