【摘要】目的:探讨应用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫疾病的临床效果。方法:研究对象为2005年1月～2008年12月，在本院行宫腔镜检查确证为子宫内膜息肉并行宫腔镜手术治疗患者者128例，对所有患者行宫腔镜手术治疗，术后进行随访。结果:手术时间最短16分钟，最长85分钟，平均32分钟。术后住院时间最短者2d，最长者为7d，平均3.54d。128例随访时间最短3个月，最长18个月。其中月经改善有效者113例，有效率89.84%。结论:宫腔镜电切术对子宫内膜息肉具有较好的疗效，值得进一步推广应用。

    Clinical Analysis of 128 Cases of Endometrial Polyps Treated with Hysteroscopy

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effects of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps. Methods There were 128 cases of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps from January 2005 to December 2008 in our hospital. All cases treated with progestational hormone after the operation and were followed up. Results:The shortest operation time was 16 minutes, the longest 85 minutes, the average was 32 minutes. Shortest time stayed in hospital was 2d, the longest-7d, an average was 3.54d. 128 cases were follow-up 3 months-18 months. 113 cases of all patients improve a lot,effective rate was 89.84% .Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery is an effective methods for treating endometrial polyps. It will be extensively used in clinical medicine. ......
