    结构性授权在血液透析护理质量控制中的应用

    目的：探讨结构性授权在血液透析护理质量控制中的应用，以提高护理服务质量。方法：将护理人员分为行政组、质量监控组、教育研发组、设备卫材组，从机会权力、信息权力、支持权力、资源权力四个要素出发，设置结构性授权岗位和内容，通过质量控制评价，提高护理服务质量。结果：结构性授权使护理质量显著提高，护士素质明显提升，梯队培养护理管理人才。结论：结构性授权管理更有利于护理质量全面控制，结构性授权激发了护士自我效能的发挥，提升了护理质量控制的效率和效果，增强了团队合作意识，促进了护理队伍文化内涵的建设。
