    维药睡莲花没食子酸的含量测定

    目的建立维药睡莲花药材中没食子酸的含量测定方法，为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法测定，色谱条件：Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250mm × 4.6mm，5μm)，流动相为甲醇：0.05ml/l磷酸二元梯度洗脱，流速：1.0ml/min，柱温：30 ℃，检测波长为273nm。结果没食子酸在0.00196～0.0784mg/ml的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)，加样回收率为98.12%，RSD为1.79%(n=6)；样品溶液在32h内稳定。结论该方法操作简便、重复性好，可用于规范和控制维药睡莲花药材的质量。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the determination method ofNymphaeacandidaPresl. for determining gallic acid with HPLC.MethodThe HPLC separation was performed on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column(250mm×4.6mm，5μm) in gradient elute mode with a mixture consisting of methol and 0.5ml/L phosphate acid solution at 30°C, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 273nm.ResultThe calibration curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 0.00196～0.0784mg/ml (r=0.9999); the average recovery of quercitrin was 98.12% (RSD=1.79%,n=6) ......
