    风寒感冒颗粒的质量标准研究

    目的建立风寒感冒颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用HPLC测定葛根素的含量，薄层色谱法TLC鉴别方中的葛根、麻黄及陈皮。结果定量方法简单、准确。葛根素在0.0230～0.5750μg浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性方程：Y=4428.2X-6.9577，R2=1；葛根素平均回收率98.76% ，RSD为1.5% (n=6)。TLC鉴别专属性强，无干扰。结论本质量标准可有效的控制风寒感冒颗粒的质量。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for Fenghan Ganmao Granules.MethodThe contents of puerarin were determined by HPLC.TLC was used to identify Radix Puerariae，Pericarpium Citri reticulatae Blanco and Ephedra sinica Stapf.ResultsThe linear range of puerarin was 0.0230～0.5750μg，y = 4428.2x-6.9577，R2=1.The average recovery was 98.76% ，RSD 1.5% (n=6) .The compounds were identified by TLC .ConclusionThe methods are simple.The result is accurate ， the reproducibility is good.There mothods can be used as the quality control of Fenghanganmao Granules.
