新疆气虚湿阻型艾滋病病因病机初探

     【摘要】新疆是艾滋病的高发区，其地理特点是夏季炎热，冬季寒冷且漫长，其饮食结构为喜食肥甘厚腻，多以牛羊肉为主，通过对1151例艾滋病患者分析，发现新疆这种特殊的地域、饮食特点，决定其在发病上以气虚为主，湿邪次之，脾、肺、肾三脏气虚贯穿艾滋病全过程，因此，新疆地区艾滋病中医症候特点是以气虚湿阻证多见。
