【摘 要】 查阅近20年乳痛症的中医治疗进展文献，对其治法及辨证分型分类进行总结整理。乳痛症的中医治疗多采用辨证论治，常见类型有肝郁气滞型、痰瘀互结型及冲任失调型。治疗上月经周期疗法及针灸疗法、行为干预法、中西药结合治法等疗效显著，应用前景广阔。
