【摘 要】目的：建立HPLC法测定都梁丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱，以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(65∶35)为流动相，柱温35 ℃，测定波长321nm。结果：阿魏酸进样量在0.0144～0.288μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9997，平均加样回收率为98.3%，RSD为1.02%。结论：该法准确、快速、重复性好，可用于都梁丸中阿魏酸的含量测定。
