【摘 要】张子和擅用汗吐下三法，主张“治病当论药攻”，反对滥用补药，主张食补。老年人体质多虚，张氏在治疗老年病时寓补于攻，攻补结合，多取良效，这对于现代治疗老年病有指导意义。笔者对张氏攻补结合治疗老年病的学术思想进行阐述。
